Licence Agreement for the KISSE Self-Assessment Accounting do-it-yourself software.

1. The KISSE application and CD media are subject to copyright. The KISSE design is the intellectual property of the system developer-vendor Mike Perry. Purchasers may use

the material contained on the CD - if purchased for their own non-commercial use only. You may make archival backup copies for your own use (instructions included), but you

must not sell (in part or total) the contents of the KISSE application or CD in any form or adaptation. Any other use than that was intended is strictly prohibited.

One license is provided per KISSE application purchased. Additional Licenses require additional product purchases.

2. You are not allowed to produce additional copies for work colleagues, fellow self-employed friends, or multiple copies for accounting clients. Additional copies can be

obtained through contact email address at..... percocohs@hotmail.co.uk or via the website.

3. Any unlawful sales of the KISSE application (CD) will be reported immediately to the police and FAST (Federation Against Software Theft) where appropriate, for them to take

punitive action - this leading to possible criminal proceedings and civil liability claims. All pirated copies and the perpetrators will be vigorously pursued through the courts.

4. No unlawful re-engineering or un-assembling of the underlying code and calculations are permitted.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The purchaser of this product must have a copy of Microsoft Excel 2007 in order to access the KISSE Self-Assessment Accounting software package.

2. The proprietor is not responsible for the misuse of the product, where the purchaser must follow all instructions given.

3. The purchaser must be operating under a Windows operating system with preferably 1Gb of RAM memory, although less will/should work perfectly well.

4. All files will be provided on a CD where all files will be expanded on the CD ready for use on your computer.

5. Full payment can be made via Paypal through this website. For additional copies these can be ordered using the Paypal paying in email address of percocohs@hotmail.co.uk

or by cheque payable to Percoco H & S, where provision of the following information…

Full name and address (including post code) - Contact telephone number (home or mobile) - Details of purchase requirement (CD version and 0708 or 0809) - Details of which

version of Microsoft Excel is present of your Pc...is required.

6. One hour's tuition is available at a cost of £20, although this should not be necessary. Traveling expenses will be in addition, chargeable at 40 pence per mile (Inclusive of the

Return Journey).
