loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, or other tortious or negligent action, arising out of or in connection with the use or

Software that has been opened or purchased online is (A) provided with free email support ( percocohs@hotmail.co.uk ) and (B) will only be replaced
with identical software / media within 10 days of purchase if found to be faulty.
In the extremely unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the KISSE Self-Assessment executable application, where for example…..
The application will not load up correctly, has been corrupted, or cannot be read when purchased, then I will gladly refund the full sales price (minus
any processing cost and/or third-party commission) without question
providing that………..
That all instructions have been followed prior to loading it up on your Pc.
That an adequate explanation is given for its return, so that corrective action can be made for future issues.
That no illegal or archive copies have been produced and original CDs are returned prior to refund.
That you destroy all copies of the software stored on your Pc or other media.
If all of the above is satisfied, and you can provide Percoco H & S with identifiable information from your order (including, but not limited to:
Paypal payment information or Cheque number used for purchase), then………
Refunds will only be made to the PayPal account through which the original purchase was made, or by cheque – providing that full details, including
your name and address details, are given. Details will be given for the return of faulty KISSE CDs upon a valid refund request application.
Please note here that an administration fee may apply in such cases to cover processing costs and third-party commissions.
